Our dispatch services are provided on a best-effort basis. The motor carrier remains solely responsible for operating under its own authority and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, driver qualification requirements, Hours of Service compliance, vehicle maintenance, insurance coverage, cargo securement, licensing, registration, safety compliance, drug and alcohol regulations, tax reporting, record keeping, and delivery obligations. NorthLink Worldwide LLC does not assume responsibility for any legal, regulatory, operational, or safety obligations belonging to the carrier.
All services and information provided by NorthLink Worldwide LLC are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
